All our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production process. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive the wrong item.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the package (if damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

As every product is printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Color differences caused by screen settings

• Normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
